From blind spot to real growth.

Six steps. One continuous loop. Growth compounds every quarter — verified by real colleagues every time.

01
Assess yourself
Rate yourself across the areas that matter most. This becomes your honest baseline — the starting point only you see.
02
Hear them out
What they really think, finally out loud. Anonymous, honest — no name attached.
03
See the gap
Your blind spots appear immediately — where your self-perception diverges from reality. Ranked by impact on your career.
04
Get your Growth Path
Courses, mentors, and local events matched to your exact gaps and your city. Specific actions, not generic advice.
05
Track every step
Check-ins, course completions, micro-reflections — all logged. Colleagues re-assess you. Growth becomes undeniable.
06
Earn your Career Passport

Whether you're growing your career, leading a team, or hiring — PeerReflect gives you the truth that changes outcomes.

You work hard. But no one tells you what's holding you back.

You changed jobs twice. You're still seeing the same patterns. You're afraid to ask colleagues directly — the question feels awkward. You find out at farewell parties what everyone already knew.

PeerReflect tells you early. Before it costs you another year.

Johari Window
Luft & Ingham · 1955
PeerReflect works directly with the Blind Zone — what others see that you don't. The highest-leverage area for personal growth.
"What others see about you that you don't see yourself is where the most growth lies."
Dunning-Kruger Effect
Cornell University · 1999
People overestimate themselves by 30–40% in areas of low competence. Our self-vs-peer gap makes this visible and actionable.
"The skills to produce correct responses are the same skills needed to evaluate them."
Wisdom of Crowds
Surowiecki · 2004
At 5 reviews: ~60% accuracy. At 30+ reviews: ~92%. Aggregating independent assessments is why we weight, not just collect.
"Under the right conditions, groups are remarkably intelligent — smarter than the smartest individual."
Habit Formation
UCL, Phillippa Lally · 2010
The average time to form a new habit is 66 days — not 21. Our quarterly cycles are designed precisely around this evidence.
"Automaticity increases sharply in the first month and plateaus around 66 days on average."
🧠You're probably overestimating something right now. Everyone does.

Questions we get asked
before people sign up.

Is the feedback truly anonymous?+
Yes, completely. Nobody is ever identified. You see overall patterns — not who said what. We can't match a response to a person either.
What if colleagues leave fake low reviews?+
One person can't move your score. The system is built so a single bad-faith response gets lost in the noise — it simply doesn't matter.
How is this different from a regular 360° review?+
Traditional 360° reviews take months, cost a fortune, and land in HR's inbox. This goes directly to you — and actually tells you what to do next.
Can my employer see my profile?+
No — unless you work somewhere that uses PeerReflect and you've agreed to share. Even then, they see team-level data, not individual responses. You control what's visible.
How do you verify that someone actually worked with me?+
We check that reviewers genuinely work with you before their response counts. Someone with no real connection to you has no real influence on your results.
What is the Career Passport?+
It's your verified professional record — scores confirmed by real colleagues, not self-reported. You decide who sees it: nobody, your company, or recruiters.
Will we see who said what about an employee?+
Nobody sees individual responses — not managers, not HR. That's the whole point. Honest feedback only happens when people know it stays anonymous.
Do employees have to participate?+
No. People join because they want to — and in our experience, once a few colleagues start, others follow on their own.
How does this replace our current 360° process?+
Set the cadence once. The platform handles the rest — invitations, collection, and results. No spreadsheets, no chasing people down.
How do we get started?+
You invite your team, they each complete a self-assessment, then invite their colleagues. The first results are ready within a week — no setup call needed.
Is this anonymous for employees too?+
Yes — completely. Employees never see who said what about them. That's the only way to get feedback that's actually honest.
What if only a few people on the team join?+
It still works. Even three or four responses give meaningful signal. And in practice, once people see their own results, others want in.
How do I know the data hasn't been gamed by the candidate?+
Candidates don't choose their reviewers or edit results. And you can't just ask friends to inflate your score — the system is built to make that pointless.
Is this legal to use in hiring decisions?+
Yes. Candidates share their profile with you on purpose — it's their choice, every time. Think of it as a reference, but structured and much harder to fake.
How often do colleagues re-assess you?+
Every quarter for most users. Each profile shows when the last review happened — so you always know how fresh the data is.
How is this different from a reference check?+
A reference is one person, chosen by the candidate, answering open-ended questions. This is structured feedback from multiple real colleagues — harder to game and easier to compare.
Do candidates know I'm viewing their profile?+
Only if they've opted in to be discoverable. They chose to share — you're not accessing anything they haven't made available.
How recent is the data?+
Each profile shows the date of the last peer review. Most active users update every quarter — so what you see reflects who they are now, not two years ago.

The truth changes careers.

These aren't edge cases. They happen every day — in every company, at every level.

🗓

7 years at the same company. Solid reviews every year. Then a new manager arrives — and suddenly you're "not ready for the next level."

You ask why. The answer is vague. The real reason? Nobody ever told you.

Sound familiar?

🎉

She asked her team for honest feedback. They said everything was great.

Three months later — at her going-away party — she found out that people found her impossible to disagree with. Two years of silence. One night of truth.

When will you find out?

🔄

He was the strongest technical person on the team. Everyone said so.

What nobody said: working with him was exhausting. He moved to a new company. The same thing happened again.
